 LE MIS CHAPTER 2



In this chapter, it is shown how generous and smart with his money the bishop is. At the beginning of the chapter, the bishop goes to the hospital and notices how small it is barley having enough space for some of the patients so then he calls it out to the director and then tells the director to use the bishops places like the hospital because it has more space for the patients. So he gives up his own palace for the patients. Then later in the chapter, it shows us the bill for the bishops expenses and it shows that the bishop only uses 1,000 of his money for himself and 6,000 donated to the poor. In another bill, it also shows that the bishop also pays extra money for the meat soup at the hospital. This shows the bishop doesn`t just care for himself.

     The Right to Our Opinion       Arguing and giving up the right to our opinion to save our lives and others too might be what we must do sometimes to make things right. First of all, what is an opinion? Many people have opinions all the time whether its that they like a flavor of ice cream more than another or that they dislike a certain artist. Everyone had an opinion on different things they believe but some people can argue that their opinion is superior and that the other person is wrong. That is where it gets complicated because in their mind it is right but one could be more flawed than the other and by arguing you are trying to convince the person they are wrong. Now obviously the person with the correct evidence is correct, right? Well not exactly until the other person agreed if not it is still a stalemate. FINAL REFLECTION FOR WORLD LITERATURE 2020-2021

  The Final Reflection                                                                  Alright, where should I start off...           Well to begin with this WHOLE year has been very strange. Not only were schools closed but there is a deadly virus spreading. But lucky enough for us we have an online school "hooray", I was just expecting for everything to be on canvas but this class caught me a bit off guard with the whole Blogger thing. I've never had used a blogger so it took me a little to understand. It also was new to me that this class had very few due dates which felt nice at first but were a tiny curse in the future. Also, the teacher is very nice and chill Shout out to Dr.Preston.    What I found most meaningful in the experience we had is how everyone was so nice and that as a class we had a nice community going on especially the fourth period according to Dr.Preston but Shhhh.
